I know I didn’t share :) I figured it might be a distraction. Yes! According to my notes, I went down that rabbit hole in late December and ultimately decided that the auto-frother would add to the shorter learning curve and then I could remove the auto-frother once I want to master that skill. So, Reddit, where has my logic failed? Should I reframe my thinking somehow? It’s been a long road, and ultimately I decided I think the Bambino Plus is the right starter machine for me because of the short learning curve, which I believe will grow my appreciation for the routine of making home espresso, and once I need more fine-grained tuning and control (or the Breville breaks), I will move to the next level of machine.
